Strava | Leading Lifecycle
Strava marketers needed a task force to build on graphics and templates for emails, in-app placements and acquisition ads. As an account lead, I worked with three designers and a copywriter to analyze and debrief the problems, find design solutions and project-manage. Projects with Strava tested me as an account lead and took me into new design frontiers for me, personally.
Our efforts spanned campaigns in user acquisition, activation and retention. We design templates that the marketers could use to tweak and test copy lines, update new brand imagery and remain looking good and on-brand all the while. Working with a strategists and senior mentor, I learned valuable insights and tactics that worked for designing emails and in-app placements.
This my first time as an account and I gained valuable experience in delegation, project management and team leadership. Under my account leadership, Strava became the highest retained creative-only client in the agency, spanning over two years of efforts.
