The Opportunity

Splice, the go-to sample library for millions of music producers, wanted to shake off perceptions of being “stock” and reignite performance across paid social. The challenge: bridge Splice’s creative credibility with real audience action, transforming casual interest into committed subscriptions.

The Approach

Working alongside Splice’s brand team, the agency Instrument, and our internal creative leads, I helped bring the “Start With Sound” campaign to life. The core concept originated in collaboration with Instrument, and then I focused on evolving the creative into a performance-ready system by refining visual language, layouts, and storytelling across paid and organic channels.

By digging into both user and product insights, I helped highlight what made Splice’s sound library unique: real artist collaborations, field recordings, and the tactile process of creation. These insights informed a visual direction that felt as handcrafted and inspired as the sounds themselves.
